This is a hands-on, outdoor, physically demanding trade job for people who actually want to work, learn skills, and be part of a solid crew.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $18/hour starting pay

• Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Shop is in Edmond but we service the OKC Metro area

• Nights free

• Most weekends & holidays off

• We start early so you can actually have a life after work.

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

• Mix, shovel, sculpt, finish, and stamp concrete

• Create & install landscape curbing - find out what landscape curbing is @

• Help with sprinklers, drains, equipment, and some landscaping

• Work outside in heat, cold, wind, dirt, and real weather

• Learn a skilled trade (not just “labor”)

• Follow real systems and processes (because quality matters)

 

You will sweat.

You will get dirty.

You will be tired.

You will also build cool stuff and see real results.

 

WHO THIS IS FOR

• This job is for someone who:

EXPERIENCE

Preferred (not required):

• Landscaping

• Construction

• Concrete

• Outdoor/manual labor

• Kitchen

 

No experience? No problem — if your attitude and work ethic are right, we’ll train you.

 

We will NOT train:

Poor attendance

Bad attitudes

Excuses

 

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS (SERIOUSLY)

You must have:

• A valid driver’s license

• Your own dependable vehicle

• The ability to get yourself to work every day

🚫 No rides from your girlfriend, mom, roommate, etc.

 

If your transportation depends on someone else — this job will not work.

 

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

• You hate being outside

• You want an easy job

• You struggle to show up consistently

• You don’t like being coached

• You avoid responsibility

• You blame other people when things go wrong
